Eating disorder group therapy - new group starting soon
Group therapy is an opportunity to receive education and support for your eating disorder/disordered eating in a group setting with like minded individuals
Cost of the group: $450 for all 5 weeks plus a complimentary 30 minute individual session
Who is this group for?
Anyone who is 16 years old and up struggling with an eating disorder/disordered eating. Whether you're struggling with restriction, binging, purging, over exercising and or orthorexia type behaviours
If you are medically underweight you may require a higher level of care. disordered. This group is not a substitute for individual therapy or medical care
Topics covered & DATES/TIMES
- Week one: Learning about the restrict/binge cycle and skills to manage
- Week two: Finding balance in food and life
- Week three: Body image in recovery
- Week four: Setting boundaries and protecting your recovery
- Week five: Navigating and maintaining recovery long term
This group is at 6pm every Wednesday starting July 3rd - July 31st, group therapy will be virtual
