These sesions can also be used to treat eating disorders, trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety and much more. I tailor my approach when working with individuals who are 12-17 years old.

Working through challenges that impact our relationship can help with better communication, support, trust, intimacy and much more. Couples therapy can support us with feeling more heard and understood which can ultimately strengthen the bond we have with our partner.

Trauma therapy can help relieve PTSD symptoms, depression and can supports us in processing our emotions/thoughts.

Therapy for this specialized group is unique due to the high levels of stress they encounter while at work. Trauma theapy supports individuals to process and heal from experiences of post traumatic stress.

I Family therapy is also used when working with adolescents so that their family members can be included in the process and learn how to support their child through perhaps an eating disorder, trauma, depression and or anxiety.
Clinical supervision is offered to both social workers and psychotherapists who are looking for guidance and support when working with their clients. Supervison can be both a mix of case consultation and individual support.
Group therapy is an opportunity to come together to support one another as we navigate the complexities, challenges and isolation that comes with eating disorders/disordered eating. This 5 week group provides education, support and a sense of community.
