What Group Therapy Will Help With:
This group offers a supportive and recovery-focused space where you can feel less alone and more understood. Together, we’ll explore:
Who Should Join:
Anyone who is 16 years old and up struggling with an eating disorder/disordered eating. Whether you're struggling with restriction, binging, purging, over exercising and or orthorexic type behaviours
If you are medically underweight you may require a higher level of care. This group is not a substitute for individual therapy or medical care
What to Expect in Group Sessions:
Each week will include a blend of psychoeducation, reflective exercises, and space for group discussion. You’ll have the chance to share your experiences, listen to others, and practice new ways of relating—with yourself and with others.
Our Approach:
This group is grounded in a trauma-informed, HAES-aligned, and person-centered framework. We honour the uniqueness of each person’s journey and support all stages of recovery. You don’t have to do this alone—healing is possible, and connection helps.
