Burnout is hard, but you don’t have to face it alone.
Join our Virtual 5-week Stress & Burnout Support Group to connect with others, share your experiences, and build practical tools for managing stress. This is a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported.
Together, we’ll explore:
Who Should Join:
Anyone 16+ experiencing chronic stress, burnout, or overwhelm.
What to Expect:
Each week combines discussion, peer support, and reflection with skill-building exercises. Psychoeducation is included to support growth, but the focus is on learning from each other and feeling less alone.
Our Approach:
This group is grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centred framework. We honour the uniqueness of each person’s experience and emphasize connection, understanding, and shared learning. Healing and resilience grow in community, you don’t have to face burnout alone.
